After the death of a famous singer Oľga Trebitschová, her husband ordered this memorial by sculptor Alojz Riegele. The memorial was originally placed in private garden of the family and later donated to the city of Bratislava.

In 2009 the sculptors A. Baník and L. Chamuti reconstructed the sculpture and it was placed in a courtyard of the house Nr. 11 in Panenska street according to project of ARCHITEKTI mikulaj & mikulajová. The location of the monument is on the axle of the main entrance. The design of the greenness was a part of the architectural proposal.
