The new swimming complex in Písek has a natural character. The complex has become one of the most valuable recreational place in the city. A large pool volume is also the barrier from highway and railways. A smaller volume of wellness is not covering an important building of Forestry School.

Urban concept is compact and clear, which contributes to optimizing the operation and construction costs.  New transport solution allows the creation of a new public park.
