The house is located in the core of the village Záhorská Bystrica on a parcel with ca. 1000 m². The original three-storeyed house was built in the middle of 20th century.

After the reconstruction the spaces inside the house became open and full of light and the house got a better visual connection with the garden. The entrance level contains a large open space with the functions of living, dining and cooking as well as an office. On the upper floor there are bedrooms with bathrooms and a large terrace.

Exterior of the house stayed more or less observed in the original style.
