This is the first family house we are going to build in Vienna and we look forward to it! Perchtoldsdorf is a nice residential area located sothwest of the center of Vienna. Today, there is a smaller family house from the 1960s on an 8-acre plot. This house is part of a regular street development, there is a school and another family houses nearby.

This house will bring a family closer together. It is going to be the home for a couple with two little boys, who like to travel around in a caravan and want to spend their time together. The house should not be too large – the spaces will extend more in vertical direction as well as into the garden.

The house itself is going to be a wooden structure, standing over a concrete cellar. It will be built by an experienced carpenter company from Austria, so we believe the result is going to be TOP.
