The authors of this project are architects Nina Bartošová, Juraj Mikulaj and Andrea Mikulajová. The subject of the proposal is an area of ca. 1,5 ha, situated in the centre of Rusovce, southwards from Bratislava in a surroundings mainly built-up with family houses. The area is bounded by a motorway and by a historical palace with a park from the east.

The design of the proposal respects existing site – its original character – and makes the area in the neighbourhood of the palace more attractive. The main idea of the project is to create three focuses in the area and to connect them with pedestrian ways.

One of the aims of this project was to create attractive public spaces with friendly atmosphere for living here.
